As a clinic registered on Therapist on Hire, you have the right to request the deletion of your clinic account and all associated data from our platform at any time.

This policy explains what data we hold about your clinic, how to request its deletion, and what happens after your request is submitted.

2. Data We Hold About Your Clinic

As a registered clinic, we may hold the following data associated with your account:

• Clinic name, type and registration details
• Clinic address and location
• Primary contact person's name, email address and phone number
• Staffing requests and booking history made through the platform
• Therapist connections and communications facilitated through the app
• Device and app usage information

3. How to Request Deletion of Your Clinic Data

You can submit a data deletion request through any of the following methods:

• Send an email to toh.blugloves@gmail.com with the subject line "Clinic Data Deletion Request" along with your registered clinic name, contact person's name, email address and phone number.
• Use the Contact Us form on our website and mention "Clinic Data Deletion Request" in your message.
• Reach out to us via WhatsApp or our official social media channels listed on the website.

4. What Happens After Your Request

• We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days
• We will verify the identity of the authorised clinic representative before proceeding
• Your clinic profile, staffing history and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification
• Your clinic profile will be immediately hidden from therapists upon confirmation of your request
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

5. Data We May Retain

In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data even after your deletion request:

• Data required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations
• Records necessary to resolve any outstanding disputes or claims
• Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to your clinic
• Financial or transaction records required for compliance purposes

Any retained data will be held only for the minimum period required and will not be used for any other purpose.

6. Effect of Deletion on Your Clinic Account

• Your clinic profile will be permanently removed from the platform
• Therapists will no longer be able to view or respond to your staffing requests
• Any pending or active staffing connections will be cancelled
• You will need to register a new clinic account if you wish to use the platform again in the future

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Data Deletion Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
